Gmnioda Real Estate
A full-stack real estate platform built for a local property agent, featuring a custom CMS that lets them independently manage listings and units. Argusland is highlighted as the flagship project on the site.
Background
The agent had no dedicated web presence — listings were posted manually on Facebook with no central place for potential buyers to browse properties. I reached out cold via Facebook, identified the gap, and pitched a purpose-built platform that would give them a professional home on the web and full control over their own content.
Challenge
The main technical challenge was designing a data model flexible enough to handle different property types — each with their own set of units, attributes, and media — without the structure becoming rigid or hard to extend. The CMS also had to be straightforward enough for a non-technical client to use independently, with no developer involvement needed for day-to-day content updates.
Goal
To move the agent off social media dependency and give them a professional, self-managed web presence. The result is a polished public-facing site where buyers can browse listings and units, backed by a CMS the client operates entirely on their own — with Argusland anchoring the platform as a credible flagship listing.
